Wait! Is this the right planner for you?
If you said yes to any of the above, I am glad you found this weekly planner. Trust me, I have been there and this planner has helped me with finding clarity and maintaining motivation.
Life is about balance.
It’s about honouring your responsibilities, nurturing your growth, and embracing the simple joys that make each day meaningful.
This planner is designed to help you weave all these aspects into the fabric of your daily life. By organising your tasks into four categories—Duty, Self Improvement, Joy, and Miscellaneous —you’ll find a rhythm that keeps you grounded and fulfilled.
Take a moment to reflect and write down what comes to mind for each category:

Unsure how you are spending your time? Invest one week of your life using a time tracking app (such as Toggl Track - Not an Ad) to better understand your habits.
Alternatively you can use your Google/Apple Calendar to take manual notes of how you split your time. 😊
The Plan uses gentle colour-coding to guide you through the natural flow of your day. Each colour represents a different block of time—morning, afternoon, and evening—inviting you to transition smoothly from one phase to the next.
Instead of seeing the day as a long to-do list, you’ll experience it as a series of mindful moments.
Completing each block becomes a small accomplishment, a reminder to pause, breathe, and reset your focus. This approach helps build momentum and create a sense of balance, as you move through your tasks with intention.

Quick tip - leave some buffer time or a buffer half-day
If you want to work in 30-minute increments instead of hourly increments, check out
The Plan (30 Minute Increments)
Fill in the table with your fixed schedules. These typically include your duties, morning and night routines, and meal times. For example, if you're a student, add your class schedule.
Now you can see your available time slots.
Return to your answers from Steps 2 to fill in the remaining spaces! I have filled out Monday as an example for you.
